Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. Return rights and conditions vary depending on your location and whether you are purchasing as a consumer or a business.


1. GENERAL CONDITIONS (ALL REGIONS)

All approved returns must:

  • Be authorised in writing prior to return

  • Be returned unused, in original condition, and suitable for resale

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts

  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.


2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (ALL REGIONS)

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit

  • Returns sent without authorisation or postage paid may be rejected


UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPEAN UNION

3. Consumer Right to Cancel (UK & EU Only)

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing within this period.


4. Deductions for Diminished Value (UK & EU)

Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.

If the item shows signs of use, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, missing components, damaged packaging, or reduced resale value, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect this loss.

Such deductions may be up to 10% or more, depending on condition.


5. Non-Returnable Items (UK & EU)

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty or misdescribed:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Hygiene- or safety-sealed items once unsealed

  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded

  • Clearance or final-sale items (where clearly marked)


NORTH AMERICA (USA & CANADA)

6. Change-of-Mind Returns (USA & Canada)

We do not offer a statutory right of return for change-of-mind purchases.

Returns are accepted at our discretion only and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.


7. Restocking Fee (USA & Canada)

Approved discretionary returns are subject to:

  • A 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund

  • Customer payment of all return shipping costs

Items returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging may be refused or subject to additional deductions.


AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

8. Change-of-Mind Returns (Australia & New Zealand)

We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) do not require refunds where the customer simply changes their mind.


9. Faulty Goods (Australia & New Zealand)

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect choice

  • Incompatibility where product specifications were clearly stated

  • Misuse, wear and tear, or improper installation


BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (ALL REGIONS)

10. No Automatic Right of Return

Business, trade, or professional customers do not have an automatic right to cancel or return goods.

Returns are accepted only at our discretion.


11. Restocking Fee (B2B Orders)

Approved business returns are subject to:

  • A 10% restocking fee

  • Customer payment of all return shipping costs

  • Compliance with return conditions and timelines specified in the authorisation


FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS (ALL REGIONS)

12. Reporting Issues

Any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting evidence such as photographs.

Remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.


13. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods and will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
